Hockey award orders are easiest when each team or grade is listed separately. Put junior teams, senior grades, umpire awards, coach awards and club-wide awards into clear groups. That helps staff see how many matching trophies or medals are needed and whether the club wants the same product across every grade or a larger award for senior winners.
For junior hockey teams, medals are usually the simplest and most budget-friendly option. They work well for participation, premiers, runners-up and carnival awards. Trophies can then be used for individual awards such as fairest and best, most improved, coach’s award, top goal scorer or best team person.
Decide whether the engraving should say women’s, women, girls, boys, colts, reserves, league, seniors or a specific grade name. Consistency matters when several teams are being presented on the same night. If the association or club uses a formal naming style, copy that wording into the spreadsheet exactly.
Some hockey awards use a hockey insert, printed club centre or club logo. Send the best logo file available rather than a screenshot from social media.
